To carry out its program of activities, the Chair in Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Management relies on many members and collaborators.
Jean-Pierre Brun, Full Professor in the Département de management of the Faculté des sciences de l'administration (FSA), is Director of the Chair in Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Management.
Regular members are researchers who undertake projects that come under the CGSST's scientific program. They receive research funds from recognized organizations to carry out their studies. They supervise Master's dissertations or PhD theses on a regular basis. They usually devote more than half of their research activities to the CGSST. Regular members apply for their membership in the CGSST every three years.
Regular members are professor-researchers, subsidized professors, associate professors or research fellows of Université Laval, or researchers from other academic institutions and other agencies that contribute to CGSST's research.
Associate members are researchers who participate in CGSST's research without being as actively involved as regular members. They undertake research projects that come under the CGSST's scientific program, usually in collaboration with a regular member of the CGSST. They devote less than half of their research activities to the CGSST. They are encouraged to participate in supervising students, supervising and co-supervising Master's dissertations and PhD theses. Associate members apply for their membership in the CGSST every three years.

An employee member can be a research professional, a technician or a member of the administrative or support staff, whose services are made available to the Chair members.
A student member is a Master's or PhD student who is writing a dissertation or a thesis under the supervision of a regular or an associate member, and which comes under the Chair's scientific program.
A guest member is a researcher who is at the Chair for a limited period of time.
An intern is a person who spends a limited period of time at the CGSST for the purpose of training. This category includes in particular postdoctoral fellows and interns as well as students who are not registered at Université Laval or the affiliated institution of a regular member.
There were no interns at the Chair in GSST during the 2003-2004 period.
