CONFERENCE LANGUAGES
French and English are the official languages of the conference. For plenary sessions, simultaneous translation into French or English will be available.

Dr. Tony Lamontagne is an associate professor in the McCaughey Centre: VicHealth Centre for the Promotion of Mental Health & Community Wellbeing, School of Population Health, University of Melbourne. His research interests focus on occupational medicine, health promotion and the interaction between these two disciplines. More specifically, his main field of interest is the development, implementation and evaluation of interventions to improve work organization and enhance workers' health.

Dr. Colin Mackay is principal psychologist in the Health and Safety Executive's Human Factors Unit (UK). He is head of policies and research on work stress, musculoskeletal disorders and the human factors associated with occupational health and safety. He is currently working on implementing "stress management standards" in the UK. Dr. Mackay is also a visiting professor at Nottingham University.

Dr. Alain Marchand is an assistant professor at the School of Industrial Relations, Université de Montréal and a researcher at the Health and Prevention Social Research Group (GRASP), Université de Montréal. His research interests focus on intervention and the analysis of the role of occupation and pathogenic conditions of work organization on the occurrence of mental health problems, alcohol abuse and the use of psychotropic drugs.

Dr. Jean-Pierre Brun is a full professor in the Management Department of the Faculty of Business Administration at Université Laval in Québec City. He has a Ph.D. in Ergonomics and a Master's in Industrial Sociology. He is the Director of the Chair in Occupational Health and Safety Management as well as of the MBA program in OHS Management. His interests include several complementary questions, in particular management systems for occupational prevention, OHS in small- and medium-sized firms, stress and violence at work and youth and safety.

Mr. Bill Wilkerson, Co-Founder, Chairman and CEO of the Global Business and Economic Roundtable on Addiction and Mental Health, Bill also serves as General Chairman of the US/Canada Forum on Mental Health and Productivity. In 2007, Wilkerson was named Chairman of the Mental Health Commission of Canada's Advisory Committee on Mental Health in the Workforce.
