Online survey

A tool for taking the pulse of employees in your organization

The Chair in Occupational Health and Safety Management at Université Laval has developed a survey to help organizations develop and implement recognition practices.

To find out more, go to the following sections: Survey objectives, Survey versions, and Survey sections.

Survey objectives

The purpose of the survey is for employees, administrators, and management to evaluate current recognition practices in the organization and identify desired improvements. It enables them to draw up a list of general observations on the organization and identify employee needs with regard to recognition.

You may select a paper or electronic version of the survey on recognition.

  • The paper version is included in the Employee Recognition Kit. The organization may use it to survey all staff, then compile and analyze the results itself using the explanatory guide included in the kit.

  • For a fee, the Chair in Occupational Health and Safety Management at Université Laval will administer the electronic version of the survey and analyze the results. This includes sending an electronic version of the survey to each employee and compiling the results using special software. At the end of the process, you will receive a report explaining the results. To know the associated expenses to this approach, want to communicate with the persons in charge of the Chair.
