The Chair in Corporate Occupational Health and Safety Management at Université Laval is a research centre that brings together researchers from various disciplines. All researchers conduct projects related to their field of study, but their common goal is to improve workers' health and safety.

The Chair's mission is to contribute to the development of knowledge and practices in occupational health and safety management and to promote prevention in organizational management. To this end, the Centre uses various means, including "action- research." This type of research is centred on the transfer, appropriation and application of the research results by organizations and their members. Based on this perspective, Chair members conducted studies, including a study on the organizational dimensions that can contribute to the prevention of work-related mental health problems.
