In their prevention efforts, organizations are resorting to external interventions such as those of joint sector-based associations (ASPs). However, ASPs, like organizations, are considering how to integrate these interventions into the particular prevention dynamics of the establishment. To understand the dynamics and the effects of interventions in organizations, recent studies indicate that it is important to examine both their "technical" dimensions (the nature of technological or architectural solutions, for example) and "organizational" dimensions (what the problem and the change represent for the different actors in the organization). Thus, the research question is as follows: Based on the different intervention practices of ASP consultants, how do the interactions between the organization's actors and the consultant help to define the changes that come with occupational health and safety interventions?
