A high-level training in occupational
health and safety management

Changes in the world of work, the appearance and recognition of new risks, the importance of attracting and retaining staff in the context of demographic changes as well as the rise in absenteeism due to work-related mental health problems have increased the need for organizations to resort to people qualified in occupational health and safety management. The integration of prevention in occupational health and safety into the overall management of the organization is thus an important issue; the training of the people who will take up this responsibility must therefore include both a technical dimension and a strategic dimension, each supported by specific skills. In fact, the challenge is not only to identify risks and define the appropriate preventive measures but also, and especially, to ensure that these measures are implemented and integrated.
